Come and play in a huge green park
We have cool climbing courses, fun playgrounds and lots of animals. You are welcome to visit our goats. Go for a ride on the Madsby train (see offer) or go sailing on the lake.
If you have a free Be Happy Pass
Present your Be Happy Pass to the train driver. Then children under 12 years old in the family get a free train ride on the Madsby train.
About Madsby Legepark
The park is a vast green space. Admission is free all year round. And during the summer season, it runs countless events and fun activities. It’s completely free to try out the sand playground, the Tarzan course and the many playgrounds. You can also visit many of our animals. We have Swedish mini pigs, rabbits, goats, guinea pigs and turtles.

Play and eat lunch in the green surroundings
The park is the ideal place to take a breather. Children can run around safely, explore the playgrounds and go to see the animals. Many families spend the entire day in the park. Then they often enjoy a barbecue for lunch or sit down in one of our picnic shelters. There’s plenty of seating sheltered from the sun and wind.

Sun, summer and lots of activities
The activities that you have to pay for are only open during the summer months. If you love water, hire a boat and row around the lake or “walk on water” in the wild Waterballs. Try our fun 18-hole mini golf course or take a trip on the Madsby train. The Historiske Miniby is also worth a visit. It’s quite something seeing Fredericia anno 1859 built on a scale of 1:10.
