Explore Trapholt during the Easter holiday
Trapholt offers a range of Easter activities from March 23 to April 1. Engage in an Easter hunt where you can discover and win prizes while exploring Nanna Ditzel's vibrant design world. Children can delve into fun, interactive experiences. Experience Arne Jacobsen's design classics and indulge yourself in the café. The visit can be rounded off with unique finds in the museum shop or a walk in the park. Admission is free for children under 18, and the museum is closed on March 25.
Experience Easter at Koldinghus
Koldinghus invites you to Easter activities from March 23 to April 1, including a royal egg hunt where children and adults can delve into the castle's rich history while collecting stickers, which are rewarded with a chocolate Easter egg. Guests can also experience artisanal finesse through demonstrations and gain a deeper understanding of royal traditions through special guided tours. All activities are included in the price of the museum ticket, and children under 18 years have free admission.
Explore the Easter universe at LEGO® House
From March 21 to April 23, LEGO® House transforms into an Easter-themed universe with Easter eggs, Easter bunnies, and an egg hunt where participants can win gifts and even build their own LEGO Easter eggs. Visitors are encouraged to explore the house's Experience Zones to find hidden eggs and enjoy the many other activities LEGO House offers, such as the History Collection, Masterpiece Gallery, and unique dining experiences where you can build your menu with LEGO bricks.
Lots of activities at Museum Kolding during the Easter holiday
The Easter holiday at Staldgården, on Skamlingsbanken, and in Christiansfeld offers fun and cozy family activities. Children can exchange a "gækkebrev" (a traditional Danish Easter letter) for an Easter egg with the museum host, and creativity abounds with spring crafts, coloring of paper Easter eggs, and learning about old Easter traditions. Try your hand at egg racing or make your own snowdrop or daffodil in crepe paper for 20 DKK. Activities are free, though there is an entrance fee for adults of 70 DKK at Søstrehuset, where the Easter coziness takes place indoors. Closed on March 25, but open on the second day of Easter. Free for children under 18 years.
Experience Easter at MARK | The Museum for a New Danish History
The Easter holiday at MARK | The Museum for a New Danish History is packed with fun family activities. Children under 18 get free admission, while adults pay 65 DKK. Experience the new playground, go on a treasure hunt, cut traditional Danish Easter letters, and become the year's "trantemester" in 'Play with eggs'. On Tuesday and Wednesday, special experiences with Karensmindes Venner are added: campfire coziness, crafts, creative activities, and horse-drawn carriage rides, plus plowing and pig races.
