Cycle Route Regional 8 - In Billund

Regional Route 8 is a beautiful cycling route stretching from Billund or Grindsted to Blåvandshuk. Along the journey, you can experience attractions like Museumsgården Karensminde, Hodde Church from the 1300s, Nørholm Heath, and the Miniature Town in Varde. The route concludes at Blåvandshuk, where you can visit the Tirpitz Bunker or Blåvand Lighthouse. Total distance: Billund – Blåvandshuk: 88 km.

On Cycle from Billund to the west coast of Denmark
Regional route 8 leads from Billund or Grindsted to the romantic Blåvandshuk. Cycle first to Ansager and continue to Hodde, where you can visit the remarkable church dating from 1300. The route takes you past Nørholm to Varde, where you can enjoy a well-deserved break and visit the Minibyen, a miniature replica of the town in bygone times. Cycle north of Oksbøl and continue to Blåvandshuk, the most westerly point in Denmark. Here you can visit the Second World War bunker known as Tirpitz-Stillingen or Blåvand lighthouse.
