Fredericia Swim Centre and Aqualand is one of the city's best options for a rainy day, an active break during your trip or a relaxing afternoon in warm water. The swimming pool has lanes for fitness swimming, diving boards for the brave and a tropical water park with a water temperature of 31°C and an air temperature of 32°C.

Family-friendly swim centre and aqualand in the heart of Jutland

A ticket to the water park gives you access to both the aqualand and swim centre, so you can move freely between the water slide, spa, obstacle course and sauna throughout the day. You can also buy a swimming pool-only ticket, but this only gives access to the swimming pool.

Visit Fredericia Swim Centre and Aqualand

Fredericia Swim Centre and Aqualand are located at Vestre Ringvej 100 in Fredericia Sports Centre, which is part of Madsbyparken. There are more than 1,000 free parking spaces at the main entrance. Tickets can be purchased at reception or from the ticket machines, as it is not possible to buy tickets online.

Aqualand with new water slide, baby pool and outdoor spa

The Aqualand in Fredericia has a new water slide with light effects and music, where you can compete against each other for the fastest time. From the terrace, you can relax in the outdoor hot tub overlooking The Historical Miniature Town. The youngest children can play in the baby pool, which is only 20 centimetres deep and has a small slide and play equipment. The swimming pool in the Aqualand is between 80 and 120 centimetres deep, while the warm-water pool is always 35°C, making it a great place to relax after an active day.

Three pools and good changing facilities at Fredericia Swim Centre

Fredericia Swim Centre has three pools:

25-metre pool with six lanes and a depth of 2.1 metres, for fitness swimming
Diving pool with 1, 3 and 5-metre diving boards and a depth of 4.1 metres
Centre pool with an adjustable floor for play, training and lessons

At weekends and during school holidays, a large obstacle course is set up in the 25-metre pool, which children, young people and adults can all try.

Lifeguards and accessible facilities at the swim centre and aquapark

Lifeguards supervise the entire area, and children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult over 15. Children under 8 must have an adult with them in the water. Children aged 0–3 and children who are not yet toilet trained must wear a swim nappy and close-fitting swimwear, which can be purchased at reception. Fredericia Swim Centre also has good accessible facilities, including a pool and spa lift.
