Folmers Mikrobageri - a microbakery in the center of Vejle
Folmers Mikrobageri specialises in sour dough bread, rye bread and soft rolls.
Folmer has a burning passion for sourdough. He found his way into the sourdough universe during a stay at Suhrs Højskole in the spring of 2021. During his time at the højskole (a type of Danish folk high school), he came into contact with Claus Meyer, who gave him the opportunity to be part of opening a pop-up bakery in Sakskøbing over the summer of 2021.
Now he has opened his own microbakery. A microbakery that offers excellent sourdough bread, crispy rolls, a juicy rye bread, and delicious soft almond twists.
